By registering, you acknowledge and expressly consent to the capture and/or recording of your name, image, likeness, and voice during the event, as well as to the Company’s collection and use of such recordings as described below. You grant StoneMor, Inc. dba Everstory Partners (“Company”) the irrevocable right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or recordings (photo, video, or audio) in any media, including online, print, and promotional materials, without compensation. You waive any right to approve or restrict such use. All materials created shall be the property of the Company. You release and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any claims arising from such use, including but not limited to claims of privacy, likeness, or defamation. Registration confirms that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian, and this release is binding on you and your heirs.
