For over 85 years, our grounds have been the resting place for Maryland's most influential and cherished African Americans, including Len Bias, Charles Drew, Petey Green, and Georgian Thomas. We are honored to serve Suitland and the D.C. metropolitan area with traditional funerals, cremations, mausoleum spaces, and advanced arrangement planning.
Our new Peace Garden Mausoleum will stand as a distinguished landmark in our gardens.
Families can select crypts or niches from the three levels: the Heaven level (the upper section), the Heart level (the middle), and the Prayer level (the lower).
